Factory Worker

Duties: Various Production Line Jobs

Location: Mineral Wells, Texas Plant

Hours: Varies - Our plants run around the clock


  • Ability to perform manual labor tasks for manufacturing job at the CANTEX, Mineral Wells, Texas plant.
  • Ability to learn to use measuring tools
  • Willing to work in semi-controlled temperature environment
  • Willing to work night shift if needed
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Will follow all safety and work rules
  • Able to pass drug screen upon hire and randomly
  • Willing to follow instructions from supervisors
  • Has a good work ethic and gets along with fellow workers


  • CANTEX offers competitive wages starting from $10.65 to $12.15 per hour
  • Employees have the opportunity to work up to $18.00 per hour and more over time

Duties: Supervises hourly employees in a manufacturing environment

Location: Mineral Wells, Texas Plant

Hours: Day & Night Shifts


  • High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
  • Willing to work in a semi-controlled temperature environment
  • Ability to speak, understand, and read English
  • Prior experience in a leadership or assistant supervisor role
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good work references and stable employment history
