CANTEX to Launch New Agent Training Module

CANTEX is adding an Agent Training Module to the Agent Portal as part of an overall portal upgrade that will be launched this month. All of the training materials in the Agent Training Module are designed to help make representing CANTEX easier and more efficient for our agents. Better preparation for newer agents will also help streamline processes at CANTEX.

There are eight components to the module which cover the following: CANTEX overview training; product training; quotation process training; credit application training; sales expectations and market focus; website navigation and marketing; agent portal training; and who to contact at CANTEX.

The CANTEX Sales and Marketing department is extremely excited to provide these training tools to help our sales channel partners. We want our sales agents to be able to navigate the resources available to them and learn steps they can take to make our processes flow seamlessly for better overall customer experiences.
