CANTEX Appoints New Customer Service Manager
CANTEX is excited to announce that Brandis Daniel has been promoted into the position of Customer Service Manager for CANTEX effective January 3, 2022 upon Jo Johnson’s retirement. Brandis has been with CANTEX for over 15 years, and she most recently held the position of Senior Sales Administrator. Brandis has gained a great deal of experience during her tenure at CANTEX.
As Customer Service Manager, Brandis will lead a large team of Sales Coordinators responsible for order-processing and customer service for CANTEX’s nationwide sales channels. Brandis will be responsible for making sure that CANTEX customers receive the pre-eminent customer service levels to which CANTEX aspires.
Jo Johnson will be retiring after 38 years of outstanding service to CANTEX. Her unsurpassed knowledge of CANTEX and our PVC electrical products will definitely be missed. Jo spent 21 years as the Customer Service Manager, where she has played a major role in maintaining the high levels of customer’s service for which CANTEX has become well-known. She has always gone above and beyond to try to meet the needs of our valued customers.

Jo will officially retire in January. Until that time, she will be sharing her extensive knowledge of the position with Brandis in order to ensure a smooth transition.
