CANTEX recently developed a better, easier to install adjustable box with the user in mind. The NEW CANTEX EZ BOX^® 1-gang adjustable PVC switch & outlet box features better PVC adjustable brackets that adjust to most drywall thicknesses and wall finishes with a simple turn of a screw. This new state-of-the-art switch and outlet box design is better because the screws are on the inside and more easily accessible during installation. The inside screws make these electrical boxes easy to mount to any wood or metal stud.

This adjustable PVC electrical box is perfect for new work and retrofit applications like a kitchen or bathroom backsplash where a decorative finish may determine the depth of the box. The adjustable bracket adjusts from 0 to 1 ¾ inches to solve most wall thickness problems. The new PVC EZ22SBZ-ADJ EZ BOX adjustable box also features a larger 22 cu. in. capacity with ample space for a receptacle and connections.

The new PVC EZ22SBZ-ADJ EZ BOX adjustable box is American-made and ETL listed. It is also 2-hour fire rated. It features 4 knockouts for easy wiring, and it is engineered for easy, cost-saving installation.
